1. Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA)

DuPDF is distributed on the Apple App Store with auto-renewable subscriptions. The licensed application Terms of Use are Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

That is the functional EULA link for the App Store product page. If you do not agree to those terms, do not download or use the App.

2. App Store listing URLs

These HTTPS pages are the destinations for App Store Connect metadata. They are public, require no login, and match the in-app policies.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

Pro monthly, Pro yearly, and Ultra Pro are in-app subscriptions billed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device’s App Store subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies; SKNAAM Pvt Ltd does not control refund decisions. US prices on the marketing page are a reference; Apple sets the price for your App Store country and currency.

New installs include complimentary Ultra Pro for 30 days, then complimentary Pro for 30 days, then return to Free unless you subscribe. Complimentary access is not a paid App Store subscription.

4. DuPDF User Policy and License

In addition to Apple’s Standard EULA, DuPDF presents a User Policy and License Agreement at first launch and in Settings. Those documents govern use of the App, local-first processing, Beta tools, and search safety:

If there is a conflict between Apple’s Standard EULA and the DuPDF User Policy for App Store distribution, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for the licensed application on Apple-branded devices, and the DuPDF User Policy applies to your use of DuPDF features.
