1. Definitions
“We,” “us,” or “our” means SKNAAM Pvt Ltd, the operator of the DuPDF application. “App” means the DuPDF application and any updates. “You” or “your” means the individual or entity using the App. “License” means this License Agreement.
2. Grant of license
Subject to the terms of this License and our User Policy, Data Policy, and Copyright Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use. No other use is permitted. You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App.
3. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the App only in accordance with this License and our User Policy. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law; (b) use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law; (c) remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; (d) use the App on any non-Apple-branded device or in any unauthorized manner; (e) make the App available over a network for use by multiple devices simultaneously. Use of the App is authorized only on Apple-branded products running the applicable operating system.
4. Ownership
SKNAAM Pvt Ltd and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This License does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. © 2026 SKNAAM PVT LTD.
5. Updates and support
We may provide updates or modifications to the App at any time. This License applies to any updates we provide. We are not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical support, or updates. If you use automatic updates, your device may periodically obtain and install updates.
6. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. We may terminate or suspend your right to use the App at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
App distribution and App Store listing operations are performed by SKNAAM Pvt Ltd.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Export and compliance
You may not use or export the App except as authorized by applicable law. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. or other applicable government embargo, and that you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the App.
10. Governing law and disputes
This License is governed by the laws of India (or the jurisdiction in which the operator of the App is established), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this License or the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
11. Entire agreement
This License, together with our User Policy, Data Policy, and Copyright Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements. No amendment is binding unless in writing and signed by us.
