Email dupdf@proton.me from the address associated with your Apple ID, or use the contact options in the app. We will process deletion of account and associated personal data we hold in accordance with applicable law. Locally stored documents, annotations and signatures stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Edit PDF Text and PDFtoW conversion are Beta. In some conversions, figures or images can end up beneath text boxes. Inspect the converted document carefully — including behind text — before sharing or publishing. Keep an independent original. See the Edit PDF Text manual.

Manage or cancel in your device’s App Store subscription settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds follow Apple’s policies; we do not control refund decisions. New installs include complimentary Ultra Pro for 30 days, then complimentary Pro for 30 days, then return to Free unless you subscribe.

Stop viewing that result and email us a description at dupdf@proton.me so we can review and improve safeguards. Moderation is an aid, not a guarantee. Parents and guardians should supervise search use by minors, and are strongly encouraged to actively monitor children under 10.

Check free storage and file permissions, then try again — in-memory edits remain until you leave the reader. DuPDF does not host your documents. Keep independent backups of anything important. Device failure, uninstall, or hardware faults can lose locally stored files; that is why the Data Policy asks you to maintain current backups before relying on the app.
